Kolkata gets Exam Ready with the Toppers
Horlicks Promind organises a workshop for students to get better prepared for exams
Kolkata, January 25, 2014: Horlicks ProMind ‘Meet The Exam Toppers’, an initiative to help students in their exam preparation, organised its first workshop in Kolkata to interact with the winners from West Bengal. The objective of the campaign is to equip aspiring students with the necessary skills and resources to cope with exam stress and create awareness about the importance of a healthy mind and body, so that they can be better prepared for exams, physically and mentally. Organised in Ballygunje today, Ayan Chatterjee and Pallabi Karmarkar, the West Bengal board toppers of 2011, conducted an interesting study session for student appearing for school examinations this year.
As exam time approaches, stress levels of students start soaring. Keeping this in mind, Horlicks ProMind has set up a panel of Exam Toppers who will coach aspiring students on how to prepare better for exams. Pallabi, currently pursuing her Physics Honours from Jadhavpur University, was the 3rd rank holder of the West Bengal Board. She provided the participants with key tips on how to maintain a balance for a healthy mind and body during exam time. During the session, Ayan, the 2nd rank holder- West Bengal board, also shared a lot of tips on effortless revision.
When asked about the session, a participant and winner of the Horlicks ProMind ‘Meet The Exam Toppers’ expressed his excitement about the initiative and added that ‘student-coaching-students’ is a commendable idea to share experiences.
